FILTER COFFEE

∼ELECTRIC COFFEE MACHINE

1-Put the water you measured according to the number of people into the coffee machine reservoir.

2-Place the filter in the coffee basket of the coffee machine. Pour 7 to 8 grams of coffee per person into the filter. If you prefer it heavier, put 9 grams of coffee per person.

3- Power the coffee machine.

∼DRIP METHOD

1- Boil at least 600 grams of water.

2- Place a filter on the dripper.

3- Wet the filter softly.

4- After waiting for a short time, pour 30 grams (3 tablespoons) of coarsely ground coffee into the filter and smooth the surface of the grains. Take the teapot on the glass jug, put them all on the digital scale and reset the scale.

5-Water should pour for 4 times in the preparation of coffee. At the first, hot water meets the coffee grains. Pour the water from the outer periphery, rotating towards the center of the coffee beans. When the scale reaches 60 grams, stop pouring, make sure that all the coffee beans come into contact with the water. The process of pouring water should take 30 seconds. Wait 30 seconds before the second one.

Pour the water from the center of the coffee beans, swirling to the outer edge and then back to the center. Come to 150 grams by adding 90 grams of water. With this process, the water is distributed more evenly to the grains. Wait 50-60 seconds after this process. After the second pouring, while the coffee and water mixture drips from the filter, when the water drops to the level of the coffee, pour another 100 grams of water in the same way. This should take 15-20 seconds and the total amount of water spilled reaches 250 grams. In the last and fourth stage, pour 100 grams of water in 20 seconds. You have prepared your coffee by passing 350 grams of water over the coffee grains in total. ∼
