TURKISH COFFEE

It only takes 2 minutes to prepare a delicious Turkish coffee with a Turkish coffee pot “Cezve”.

 

1- Measure the drinking water with a Turkish coffee cup and put it in the coffee pot.

     2- For each cup, add 2 teaspoons of coffee (6 g) and sugar (optional).

3- Stir the coffee over low heat.

4- After a while, divide the bubbling foam into the cups.

5- Cook the remaining coffee one more time and pour it into the cups.

6- Serving Turkish Coffee with a cup water is a tradition. Drinking water prepares mouth to the flavor of coffee.
